Our manufacturing site has the ability to produce a wide range of manufactured equipment from simple control boxes to complex heavy multi-axis test, measurement and control equipment. Our team of manufacturing engineers and fabrication engineers have the ability to turn both TBG designs and third party build-to-print designs into reality.

Our excellent manufacturing facility allows us to machine items via our CNC machines, produce complex looms via our wiring team, or fabricate complex builds via our assembly team. Our ISO9001-compliant manufacturing environment ensures that everything we produce meets the standards our customers demand and have come to expect.

Hardware Design

We can create, from just an idea, a fully functional 3D model that solves a customer’s challenge but also confirms that it can be manufactured.

Harnesses

We have the capability in house to design and manufacture complex cable harnesses, which focus on performance with particular attention paid to screening, flexibility and longevity.

System Builds

The majority of our projects involve us conducting a full system build in house. Our skilled engineers focus on producing equipment that is of the highest standard, fully serviceable and provides reliable performance.

Build to Print

Some of our customers take advantage of our ability to combine our in-house manufacturing skills and engineering knowledge to commission us to work on their behalf as a subcontract manufacture. We use our wide range of capability to deliver parts to our customer’s build-to-print designs.
