Service and Maintenance

At TBG we offer a complete set of service and maintenance packages to ensure that your equipment is delivering maximum value and minimal downtime. Every system that we engineer or manufacture is supported by our bronze level service package as standard: you can call for support any time you need it and we can be on-site within 24 hours if required.

Your service package can be increased to implement preventative maintenance as well as cover the cost of on- and off-site repairs (if needed). Our highly-skilled, time-served engineers know our bespoke systems better than anyone; our service packages reduce the time needed to resolve problems and ensure the quality of the repair or service.

Bronze Package

Every product that we engineer or manufacture is supported by our bronze level service package. You can call for support any time you need it and, if required, we can be on-site within 24 hours.

Silver Package

Over and above that offered at the bronze level, our silver package also offers 25% discount on 24 hour/3 day call-out day rates and a yearly service of your equipment.

Gold Package

Our gold package offers a further 50% discount on 24 hour/3 day call-out day rates, a yearly service, and repairs to your equipment.
