Overview
TBG Solutions designs and manufactures complex electro-mechanical systems for some of the most highly regulated and performance-critical industries in the world, including automation, aerospace, medical, and defence.
To support continued growth in our production department, we are seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembly Engineer with a strong understanding of precision assembly, electrical integration, and mechanical fitment. This role demands attention to detail, an appreciation of tolerance stack-ups, and the ability to assemble, test, and refine systems that must perform reliably in demanding operational environments.
You’ll be joining a collaborative engineering-led environment where experience is respected, ideas are welcomed, and progression comes from capability and contribution—not job titles. If you’re motivated by high-quality workmanship, continuous improvement, and the opportunity to grow alongside a company that invests in its people, this role offers both challenge and long-term development.
Across the business, we foster a culture of inclusivity and champion personal development so that each employee has opportunities to shine and flourish, and we want you to be a part of it.
As our newly appointed Electro-Mechanical Assembly Engineer you will be responsible for the build, wiring and assembly of bespoke electrical and electro-mechanical test equipment, working from engineering drawings, wiring schedules and build instructions.
Due to the bespoke nature of our work, designs frequently evolve as customer requirements develop. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, methodical and comfortable working in a changing design and build environment.
At TBG we offer more than just a job - we offer a rewarding career where you can make a meaningful impact and grow both personally and professionally. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside talented professionals in a dynamic and collaborative environment. We believe in investing in our employees and supporting their career development through training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities. Join us and be part of a business that values diversity, equality, and inclusion, and is committed to making a difference in the lives of our clients and our community.
We’re always looking for new people to join us who represent our values. If you don’t see a role that complements your experience, you can always submit a speculative CV!
TBG Solutions are an equal opportunities employer.
