Interfaces

Interfacing to a product can be the most challenging part of the design when creating a test system. High density connectors, awkward positioning, and multi-axis probing are some of the challenges that can be faced when interfacing. When combined with hazardous signals and high volume, it can create a challenge that is not achievable with operators and cables. At TBG we have a huge wealth of experience interfacing to a wide variety of UUTs, in many use-cases from high volume to high connection count. In all cases – especially where volumes are high or voltages are hazardous, interfacing can be automated using mechanical, electrical or pneumatic actuation.

Challenge us

With over 300 test, measurement and control projects delivered we have the confidence and the skill to meet any challenge you may have within your business. Why not put us to the test? Contact us with details of your project and allow us to show you what we are capable of.

Specifics

  • Interface to PCBS, LRUs and complete products
  • Can be integrated into a fixture or independent for environmental testing
  • Designed for the appropriate number of connections to make breaks to the application requirement
  • Sacrificial and easily replicable components to maximise life and minimise servicing and maintenance down time.
  • Macpanel and Virginia Panel Interface Test Adaptors

Case Studies

The best way to find out about a business is to see what they have achieved in the past. At TBG we are proud of the projects we have delivered and showcase just some of our successes here.
