At TBG we manufacture wiring harnesses and looms as part of our complete test solutions. We also offer this as a standalone service to our customers. All of our harnesses are designed and manufactured to IPC WHMA-A-620B standard with layering techniques designed to maximise flexibility and minimize internal tensions to extend life and usability. Using our own MK-Tester automated harness test equipment, we can automate testing for open circuits, shorts and di-electric break down. We also offer a test, re-work and replacement service for new and existing cables to extend their life under a service level agreement.
